This is as much an exercise in educating our public about the nature and process as well as the principle civic components of how our Government governs. We want to enlist civic engagement into our process. Thus we are asking for a National Volunteer District Coordinator in each of our Nations 435 US House Districts and Three individuals to serve as State Educational Coordinators.
Our goal is to see at least a modest T-Group in every State. (T group is simply an academic phrase to note a focus group for a specific purpose and or endeavor).
The mission is simple, we want every candidate be they a challenger or a sitting member of Congress to be instructed on the concept of "Remote Congress".
Civic Lesson: Congress is a Bicameral body of both the House and Senate. Thus, Senators and their staff as well, we would want informed of our concept. It is up to an individual Member to begin the process of any Act of Congress. An "Act" is anything that the Congress selects to do. Members must sponsor legislation, that is how it works. Our effort is educational. We must work to share our concept with the public by being guest speakers to share our template and details. Are you a member of a civic group? Say the Kiwanis, Toastmasters, Rotary, Lions, The American Legion, and the many other vested community based local and affiliate groups? They need speakers from time to time...
